I am doing a setup of Crystal Reports XI on a new PC and transferring the product key from my old PC. The product key found in the registry is larger than the allowed space on the setup screen. Setup screen is in character counts of 5-7-7-4 and the registry key is 5-7-7-7-2. My registry key was verified that this was good. How do I get this entered into the setup screen

Hi guys, I´m working with a design of a BPM flow where I can have an human activity but if a Message Event arrives all the process must continue even if the human activity is not completed, I try already multiple ways but the human activity never ends, I tried the following.

1.- Parallel Split -> Message / Human -> Notification -> End : Result : the human activity never end, so the process never end even if we receive a message the notification (email notification) never arrives.

2.- Parallel Split -> Message / Human -> Uncontrolled Merge -> Notification : Result : Not the scenario we want, the Uncontrolled Merge by default wait the two task to complete.

3.- (Cancelation Pattern) Subprocess ( parallel split -> Message / Human) -> Terminate :Result : no intermediate messages are posible inside a subprocess.

Any help will be appreciated.

Dear gurus, this is our scenario:

1) We create a PR based on GL Account and Cost Center. When we save the PR, FM shows the amount revserved for this PR.

2) We create a PO based on the above and again, FM is working fine, showing now the amount that was reserved for the PR, now reserved for the PO.

3) We do the GR and everything is correct just as the two steps above.

4) We do the IR ((using MIRO), and now the commitment item does not show anything at all. In fact the amount is reversed and it looks like there was no budget consumption.

If we do a MR8M to reverse the invoice, then we can see again the amount in the commitment item reserved for the PO.

We only have this issue with IR (MIRO) when we post an invoice using FB60, the system is working correctly.

Any help will be rewarded.

Need some direction.. Universe is created with IDT.. I have created some dynamic date prompts. You can create a webi report fine and use the dynamic dates and return values and refresh and change your values. Then you save the report. You go back into that saved report & modify the report and you get this error "Could not retrieve the list of values"  in the prompt dialog-We are on 4.0 SP7. You can create another report with the same objects and refresh the list of values, You can refresh within IDT as well.

I would suggest to put the WBS element field as a mandatory into incompleteness procedure of a sales order item so that sales order can't be saved without WBS element.

Log in to the CMC and under Folders locate one of the reports you're having problems with.  Right-click on the report and select "Database Configuration".  Make sure that you have the correct log-in information configured here.  Also, in the "When viewing or scheduling report" drop-down at the top of the screen, make sure that you've selected "Use same database logon as when report is run".

Another thing to look at - are you using dynamic parameters in your report?  If so, you'll need to log in to the Business View Manager (BVM - it's part of the Client Tools install), find the connection ("_DC" object) for the parameter and edit it to make sure that the correct credentials have been entered and that it "never prompt"s for a login.

Regarding the alternatives you mentioned, the first option is not possible due to the fact that check lots has created with these quantity of digits (in PRD they have more digits) and I try to do it but it is not allowed when there are previous lots... So I try to activate the user exit you told me but it is never called!

I checked that program RFEBBU10 calls this user exit but it is not called. One cause is thar main program verifies "anwnd" field which has to be 0004 instead of "0001" which is the actual value when importing the extract. Even though, during execution I changed the value to "0001" but the user exit is never called although it was activated...

Si lo que utilizas es el tipo de documento del asiento. Entonces debes utilizar el campo "TransType" de la tabla OJDT, en este se encuentra el tipo de documento para que puedas hacer tu filtro.

I have few queries for which am not 100 % sure .

• Once the PGR is been done then ShpgNt' record will disappear from MD04. What will the MD04 show for the ASN for which putway is been done but not PGR. Will it show ''ShpgNt' ?
• The ASN from vendor creates inbound delivery which has 'TotalGdsMvtStat'  status as 'Not yet started' and further been progressed with putaway and PGR when goods are received . Is that correct understanding ?
• We can find the ASN for custom report as list of all inbound delivery with  'TotalGdsMvtStat'  status as 'Not yet started'  from join of table LIPS, LIKP and VBUK. Am I correct ?

You can release the job now and start it immediately but this should be done by system itself. Do you have free background processes in execution system ? one thing is clear now that this is not a TDMS issue as jobs are getting scheduled but not getting released by system. Please check your system settings and process in execution system.

Generally i need help how to add  more senders in cycles (KEU5).

I need this information  because I need to have the information in COPA about

intercompany transaction.

All intercompany transakcion creating in FI have the field "trading partner" - VBUND.

In CO I see this field in cost center (table COSP) I know that in the table COSS - secondary totals record  I don't have VBUND. I  manage this by creating some substitution (I hope ) put for example new oders to each record with VBUND, but I still need more senders in transaction KEU5 for example cost center and order  to transfer information about VBUND into COPA? Could I add more senders in

cycles into COPA?? how??

Thanks for the reply . Even though we re run the jobs ,if the corrective action is not taken in order to solve the issue that caused the email failure like not enough space in the exchange server etc these will again fail.We are trying to notify people responsible for a particular object i.e. the order or delivery to reach out to concernered parties to solve the issue and process the failed email again.For this we need to know the object number such as order number / delivery no etc +O/P type +true status in SOST(only taking about email and fax). Please share any thought on how this link can be established .
